Designed for anyone who is Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or who has a Speech Disability, IP Relay requires only an internet-connected device to place a call through our operator-based relay service.Traditional relay
Prefer to place calls with your TTY or by dialing 7-1-1? You can do so using your state's relay services. You can also make calls using Voice Carry Over (VCO), Hearing Carry Over (HCO) and Speech to Speech (STS).
