Do you remember the issue with the all capital letters? Well, guess what? Thanks to your great feedback, now braille users and those who use screen readers can have access to all lower case letters.
Want to know how to set it up? It’s easy.
Go to the website t-mobile.com/IPRelay, enter your username and password and find windows preferences and check “screen reader” and save.
If you’re a braille user, go to the same website, sign in, and click Customer Profile. Then, in the drop down, click call preferences, then check “use braille display.” That’s it.
Now you’re ready to go! You can adjust this based on your preferences.

Remember, this is only available for web IP Relay currently, but please stay tuned for future updates.

Final Screens:
The woman finishes the screen goes black and fills with a large T-Mobile Accessibility logo center screen, followed by “Curious about IP Relay? Email us: iprelay@t-mobile.com” in white.
A few seconds goes by and the screen goes black with the following displaying at the bottom in white: “Although T-Mobile IP Relay can be used for emergency calling, such emergency calling may not function the same as traditional 911/E911 services. By using T-Mobile IP Relay for emergency calling, you agree that T-Mobile is not responsible for any damages resulting from errors, defects, malfunctions, interruptions or failures in accessing or attempting to access emergency services through T-Mobile IP Relay whether caused by the negligence of T-Mobile Accessibility or otherwise.
