Did you know captions can make meetings more accessible? Whether it’s a conference call or a video conference call, it works for everyone. Yet, for people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, or who have a speech disability, these meetings are often inaccessible. 

T-Mobile captions can make it an inclusive interaction for everyone involved. It’ll tell you how. Our captions use the same high quality standards as TV captions where you can follow the captions on your computer screen, your tablet, or your mobile phone. It’s important that you have a high-speed internet connection.

During the meeting, you can follow all dialogue right on the screen. When your meeting is over, you can go back and review the transcript of your meeting.

Our captions use high quality captioners that deliver live, real-time text captioning. It’s ideal for group conversations during your video conference meetings. There’s also no software required to download to use the service.

These are captions that you can trust. They’re accurate, they’re secure and private, and they’re proven. For over 20 years, T-Mobile has provided captions for federal, state, and business customers. Our captions are 98.5% accurate and are delivered via a secure system.

The requirements are as follows. You should have Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You should also have JavaScript and cookies enabled, Microsoft Windows 10 or MacOS 10 or above, and a high-speed internet connection. Data messaging rates apply.

State-Funded Captions.

There are some states that offer RCC which is Relay Conference Captions through the state relay contract. If your state has that available, it comes to you at no charge. Some states allow people with speech disabilities to use this service.

Federal-funded captions are provided to federal employees using our T-Mobile conference captions for your meetings.
