IP Relay

Look for a discreet, simple way to make calls that doesn’t require you to be camera ready? Discover the fast and accurate connections of T-Mobile IP Relay. Designed for anyone who is Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or who has a speech disability. IP Relay requires only an internet-connected device to place a call through our operator-based relay service.

Traditional relay.

Prefer to place calls with your TTY or by dialing 711? You can do so by using your state’s relay services. You can also make calls using VCO Voice-Carry Over HCO Hearing Carry Over and STS Speech to Speech.
